She was born in Wendell, MO May 25, 1922, graduated from Missouri University, was the New Mexico State Fair Accountant for 23 years, and was a God loving member of Sombra Del Monte Church for 48 years. Davis, 93, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on January 31, 2006. She is also survived by her two granddaughters, Starla Baca and husband, David, Jolene Hernandez and husband, Hector; one grandson, Rafael George Davis-Gonzalez of Huntington Park, CA; eight great-grandchildren, Pablo, Danny, Melissa, and Jennifer Hernandez, Alvina, Christopher, Cheyenne, Benally, and David Baca Jr.; one brother, Jesus (J. Davis was a member of the Catholic Church and a past member of the Legion of Mary. United we will stand as sisters Divided we will fall. Born in Canada, he served in the Air Force for 21 years and retired as a Master Sergeant.

She was a previous member of the Roswell and Albuquerque Jr. The love of her life was her many years as the owner of a large cabin on the Holy Ghost Canyon in Pecos, NM.
She was a Kappa Kappa Gamma at UNM and a long time supporter of UNM Athletics, having sponsored numerous parties and dinners for various UNM teams in the 60s and 70s.
